Abstract
"COMPENSAçãO DE DESFOCO E ASTIGMATISMO EM UM SISTEMA DE MEDIçãO DE DISTORçãO DE FRENTE DE ONDA". Métodos e aparelhos de compensação de desfoco e astigmatismo para uso em um sistema de medição de distorção. Os aparelhos incluindo refletores para alterar a distância ótica entre um par de lentes que passa por uma frente de onda sem mudar a distância física entre as lentes, dessa maneira compensando o desfoco na frente de onda; e espelhos cilíndricos para adicionar e remover a curvatura de uma frente de onda curvada, dessa maneira compensando o astigmatismo na frente de onda. Os métodos incluindo passar uma frente de onda tendo desfoco através de uma primeira lente em uma primeira trajetória, refletir a frente de onda da primeira trajetória para uma segunda trajetória, refletir a frente de onda da segunda trajetória para uma terceira trajetória e passar a frente de onda através de uma segunda lente como uma frente de onda compensada no desfoco, passar a frente de onda através da primeira e segunda lentes cilíndricas, e orientar as primeira e segunda lentes cilíndricas com relação à frente de onda e uma à outra para compensar o astigmatismo na frente de onda.
