Método para abrir recipientes selados tendo um produto alimentar em seu interior, onde o recipiente compreende uma pluralidade de paredes, sendo que pelo menos uma das paredes pode ser perfurada. Pelo menos uma das paredes é aberta de dentro para fora. Também se divulga um recipiente selado (10) para produtos alimentares, onde o recipiente compreende uma pluralidade de paredes (1,2,3), sendo que pelo menos uma das paredes (2) é perfurada de dentro para fora do recipiente (10).
