Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUçãO DE Pó METáLICO". Processo para produção de um pó metálico, que compreende a combustão de uma mistura gasosa de oxigênio e hidrogênio em uma água de alta pressão, e aquecimento de um material metálico com o gás de combustão gerado, para, desse modo, pulverizar o metal; e um aparelho para produção do metal, que é composto de um tanque de água de alta pressão, um bocal para aspersão de uma mistura gasosa de oxigênio e hidrogênio, uma seção para suprimento de um material de elemento metálico, e um recipiente de pressão tendo um dispositivo de ignição e uma câmara de combustão. O processo propicia a produção económica de um pó metálico, em particular, um pó metálico de titânio, tendo alta pureza e forma e tamanho de partícula uniformes.
