Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAR PARTICULADOS METáLICOS E PARTICULADOS METáLICOS PRODUZIDOS". Um método de fabricação de particulados metálicos, que compreende as etapas de formar uma câmara de combustão que possui um bico de injeção de gás misto de oxigênio/hidrogênio, um acendedor e um alimentador de material metálico na parte superior de um tanque de armazenamento de água de alta pressão cheio com gás inerte, inflamar o bico de injeção de gás misto de oxigênio/hidrogênio pelo acendedor para fundir (evaporar) um material alimentado pelo alimentador de material metálico, e colocar as gotas de metal fundido produzidas em contato com água a alta pressão para gotejar os particulados de metal produzidos na água, por meio do que os particulados de metal com alta pureza e forma de pó e tamanho de grão uniformes podem ser produzidos.
