Abstract
"MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR UMA VáLVULA EM UM MOTOR". Um motor tem cilindros, uma unidade de injeção de combustível com uma válvula operável em resposta a um sinal de controle de válvula para fazer com que o combustível seja injetado nos cilindros, e uma unidade de controle que gera o sinal de controle de válvula. Um método para controlar a válvula inclui sensorear um tempo associado com movimentação da válvula correspondente ao início de um evento de injeção de combustível, e modificar o sinal de controle de válvula em função do tempo sensoreado. O método inclui adicionalmente determinar um tempo de surgimento do sinal de controle de válvula, determinar o tempo de retardo de operação da válvula em função do tempo de surgimento, determinar uma diferença de tempo representando uma diferença entre um tempo desejado de operação de válvula e o tempo sensoreado, comparar o tempo de retardo de operação da válvula com a diferença de tempo, e ajustar a temporização do sinal de controle de válvula em função da comparação. O método, também, em função da comparação, varia os valores de parâmetros de sinal de controle de válvula, cada um associado a um cilindro particular do motor, gerar um valor de soma SOMA representando uma soma dos valores de parâmetros individuais para todos os cilindros, gerar um parâmetro médio AVE pela divisão do valor de SOMA pelo número de cilindros, gerar valores atualizados de parâmetros individuais pela subtração do valor AVE dos valores prévios de parâmetros individuais, e modificar o sinal de controle de válvula em função dos valores de parâmetros individuais atualizados.
