Abstract

"MATERIAL à BASE DE SILICATO DE ALUMìNIO DESIDROXILADO, PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA TRATAMENTO DE DESIDROXILAçãO DE SILICATO DE ALUMìNIO E PROCESSO PARA APERFEIçOAR A CINéTICA DA REAçãO POZOLâNICA DE MATERIAL à BASE DE SILICATO DE ALUMìNIO". A invenção refere-se a um material à base de silicato de alumínio desidroxilado apresentando uma reatividade pozolânica mais rápida, caracterizada pelo fato de que a quantidade de hidróxido de cálcio reagido, medida pela reatividade pozolânica (RP) após uma cura de 3 dias, é de pelo menos 50 %. Em um processo e uma instalação para tratamento de desidroxilação de silicato de alumínio, partículas contendo silicato de alumínio são expostas a uma temperatura de pelo menos 500<198>C. As partículas encontram-se na forma de um pó seco, e o pó seco (26) é opcionalmente transportado em um fluxo de gás (30) a uma temperatura abrangendo de 600 a 850<198>C, durante um período que é suficiente para se atingir o grau desejado de desidroxilação. O pó pode ser obtido de uma pasta de base hidratada através da redução da pasta de base a fragmentos (23), e da desagregação dos fragmentos (23) da pasta de base por meio de ação mecânica (em 3) na presença de um gás quente (24) a uma temperatura abrangendo de 500<198>C a 800<198>C, de modo a formar o pó seco (26).
