Abstract
"ARTIGO MOLDADO POR PRENSAGEM, MéTODO DE ENDURECIMENTO POR INDUçãO E APARELHO PARA ENDURECIMENTO DO MESMO POR INDUçãO". Um artigo moldado por prensagem tal como um pilar central ou similar para um veículo apresentando uma distribuição de tensões requerida alcançada através de endurecimento por meio de endurecimento por indução ou similar, e um método e um aparelho para execução de endurecimento por indução no artigo moldado por prensagem. Sendo o pilar central . (10) um artigo moldado por prensagem ele apresenta uma parte superior intermediária (11) que se estende numa direção longitudinal do pilar central (10), e duas partes de lâmina (12) que ficam ambas dobradas para o mesmo lado a partir de ambos os lados da parte superior intermediária (11) , na qual regiões de endurecimento (Q) estão dispostas em ambos os lados da parte superior intermediária (11), se estendendo sobre a parte superior intermediária (11) e as partes de lâmina (12). Estas regiões de endurecimento (Q) endurecidas pelo aparelho para endurecimento por indução são regiões numa forma, alargando-se na direção da extremidade, que se expandem continuamente a partir da parte superior para a parte inferior do pilar central (10) Portanto, a proporção entre as regiões de endurecimento e regiões de não-endurecimento se altera na direção longitudinal do pilar central (10), resultando numa distribuição de tensões requerida.
