Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE PEçAS A SEREM TRABALHADAS FEITAS DE AçO TERMICAMENTE CONSTANTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de uma peça a ser trabalhada feita de aço termicamente constante, especialmente de aço que trabalha a temperaturas elevadas, onde a peça a ser trabalhada, depois do processamento mecânico e do tratamento eletroquímico, é temperada e despassivada, e onde a têmpera abrange um passo de redução, de modo que antes da nitruração não precisa ser feita nenhuma despassivação por, por exemplo, decapagem, e que é gerado um estado de superfície favorável como resultado do tratamento de têmpera para a nitruração escalonada.
