Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FAZER UM ARTIGO FERROSO E ARTIGO OBTIDO". Artigos ferrosos são austenitizados, então convertidos a martensita por resfriamento brusco (têmpera); os artigos são então trabalhados a frio, preferivelmente ambos por deformação por compressão e tensil a pelo menos 60% do limite convencional de elasticidade. Os artigos têm serventia melhorada, particularmente a vida à fadiga.
