Abstract

"MáQUINA QUE CONFECCIONA UM RECIPIENTE DE RESINA SINTéTICA COM BARREIRA DE GáS, E, RECIPIENTE DE RESINA SINTéTICA COM BARREIRA DE GáS". Um recipiente de resina sintética com barreira de gás 10 possui uma porção de abertura 12 definida por um flange 12A, uma porção de corpo 14 possuindo uma porção de abertura 12, e uma porção de fundo 16 para fechar a extremidade da porção de corpo 14. O recipiente 10 é um recipiente de boca larga possuindo o diâmetro interno mínimo Dmin da porção de abertura 12 maior que o diâmetro máximo Dmax da porção de corpo. Alternativamente, o recipiente 10 pode ser um recipiente de boca larga tendo o diâmetro mínimo Dmin da porção de abertura 12 menor que o diâmetro interno máximo Dmax da porção de corpo, a diferença entre os diâmetros sendo igual ou menor a 20mm. Um filme de carbono como diamante 18 é formado sobre uma parede externa da porção de corpo 14 e porção de fundo 16 do recipiente 10. Após o recipiente 10 ter sido preenchido com conteúdo, uma cobertura de metal 20 e o flange 12A são duplamente costuradas no recipiente, para prover propriedades de barreira de gás melhoradas ao recipiente inteiro.
