Abstract
"CILINDRO DE FUNDIçãO PARA UMA INSTALAçãO DE FUNDIçãO DE DOIS CILINDROS". Um cilindro de fundição de uma instalação de fundição de dois cilindros precisa ser capaz de resistir, durante a fundição de fitas com as dimensões finais quase que definitivas de metais não-ferrosos, especialmente de alumínio ou de uma liga de alumínio, a uma solicitação de temperatura alternada e a altas pressões de laminação. Para esse fim, sua camisa consiste em uma liga de cobre capaz de ser temperada de - respectivamente expresso em % em peso - 0,4 % até 2 % de cobalto, que pode parcialmente ser substituído por níquel, de 0,1 % até 0,5 % de berílio, seletivamente de 0,03 % até 0,5 % de zircónio, de 0,005 % até 0,1 % de magnésio, e dado o caso, no máximo de 0,15 % de pelo menos um elemento do grupo compreendendo nióbio, manganês, tântalo, vanádio, titânio, cromo, cério e háfnio, do restante de cobre, inclusive as impurezas condicionadas pela produção e os aditivos usuais de processamento.
