Abstract
"IRRADIADOR DE SOM EM PAINEL PLANO COM DESEMPENHO DE áUDIO APRIMORADO". é fornecido um irradiador de som de painel plano tendo desempenho de áudio aprimorado. O irradiador de som tem um painel ao qual é acoplado um excitador eletro-mecânico tradicional para produzir energia vibracional de freq³ência de áudio ao painel. O painel tem um cerne de favo feito de papel Kraft, que é flexível, tem um auto-ruído baixo, e características de abafamento de ruído altas. O cerne é colocado entre peles defrontantes feitas de um material com alto Módulo de Young, um tan delta alto, resistência à torção alta, e auto-ruido baixo. Preferivelmente, este material é um poliamida aramida tal como Kevlar<32>, Nomex<32>, Conex<32>, ou Technora<32>, todos os quais exibem essas propriedades. As peles defrontantes são fixadas ao cerne por um adesivo que é flexível e tem altas qualidades de abafamento acústico e alta resistência a choque, como cimentos de borracha, adesivos de silicone e adesivos acrílicos com base em água. O resultado da combinação desses materiais com suas propriedades respectivas é um irradiador de som de painel plano que exibe um sinal-a-ruído superior a 40 dB para um sinal de entrada de 85 dB dentro das faixas de freq³ência de áudio chaves, que é de 20 dB ou mais superior aos irradiadores de som de painel plano da tecnologia anterior. A resposta baixa e a capacidade de nível de som também são dramaticamente aprimoradas.
