Abstract
"Pó DE BORRACHA CONTENDO SUBSTâNCIAS DE ENCHIMENTO DE FULIGEM, EM FORMA DE Pó à BASE DE TIPOS DE BORRACHA QUE SE APRESENTAM EM SOLVENTES ORGâNICOS, PROCESSOS PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO E APLICAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de pós de borracha de escoamento livre, de partículas pequenas, constituídos de substâncias de enchimento de fuligem e de uma borracha, preparada pelo processo de polimerização em solução. O processo trabalha em um sistema bifásico e descreve a transferência cuidadosa da fase da borracha orgânica na suspensão da substância de enchimento inorgânica sem aditivos de produtos químicos, bem como a formação do compósito de borracha/fuligem e as medidas a serem efetuadas para evitar a aglomeração do produto na fase aquosa. Os produtos são obtidos após a separação mecânica da água e secagem térmica como pós ou granulados estáveis ao armazenamento, escoáveis e conduzem tanto quanto a técnica de elaboração como também com respeito ao quadro de valores tecnológico da borracha, a nítidas vantagens em comparação com o padrão.
