Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA COMPRIMIR INFORMAçãO DE IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO". Um método e sistema para comprimir informação de imagem em movimento, o qual pode comprimir, com uma alta razão de compressão e em uma alta velocidade, dados ou informações de imagem que podem ser submetidos a codificação por previsão e o qual ao mesmo tempo pode melhorar qualidade de imagem. De acordo com um primeiro aspecto da presente invenção, uma imagem dentro de um quadro é dividida em blocos antes que um procedimento de compressão interquadros comece, e cada bloco é aproximado (substituído) com um plano único representado por pelo menos três componentes para pixels dentro de cada bloco. De acordo com um segundo aspecto da presente invenção, os pixels entre a imagem original e a imagem expandida após comprimida são comparados emitindo a informação de diferença resultante para pixels, e quando um pixel que provocou diferença maior que um dado parâmetro (limite) ocorrer existir, a compressão intraquadros é executada usando um tamanho de bloco menor. De acordo com um terceiro aspecto da presente invenção, quando os respectivos blocos I, que estão divididos espacialmente, são dispersados entre cada quadro ao longo do eixo geométrico do tempo, nenhum bloco I é inserido em qualquer bloco dentro do quadro que foi atualizado devido à diferença entre quadros ser maior que aquele parâmetro (limite) P durante um período designado de tempo.
