Abstract
"MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO LINEAR DE INTERTRAVAMENTO". Um mancal de rolamento linear inclui uma gaiola de mancal retendo rolamentos paralelos em uma configuração linear. Porções laterais da gaiola de mancal se estendem lateralmente, para a formação de um intertravamento mecânico com uma gaiola de mancal similar adjacente, de modo que, quando duas ou mais gaiolas de mancal sejam posicionadas em torno de um elemento tubular interno, para um movimento axial guiado em relação a um elemento tubular externo coaxial, o intertravamento mecânico impedindo um movimento axial relativo das gaiolas de mancal adjacentes. As gaiolas de mancal adjacentes podem ser idênticas ou de configuração diferente, desde que um intertravamento mecânico impedindo um movimento axial relativo resulte. O mancal de rolamento linear pode incluir anéis internos e externos ou, alternativamente, os elementos tubulares podem ser formados com canais integrais.
