Abstract

"CHUMBO E LIGAS DE CHUMBO TRATADAS TERMOMECANICAMENTE ESPECIALMENTE PARA COLETORES E CONECTORES DE CORRENTE EM BATERIAS áCIDAS DE CHUMBO". A presente invenção refere-se a coletores e conectores positivos de corrente de chumbo e liga de chumbo recristalizado tais como cintas e orelhas para utilização, por exemplo, em baterias ácidas de chumbo e anodos para eletrodeposição, apresentando uma porcentagem aumentada de limites especiais de grãos em pelo menos uma parte da microestrutura, que foram proporcionados por um processo compreendendo (i) laminação a frio ou a quente ou extrusão a frio ou a quente ou (ii) etapas para deformar o chumbo ou liga de chumbo, e subseq³entemente recozer o chumbo ou liga de chumbo. Pode ser proporcionado quer um ciclo único de trabalho e recozimento, ou pode ser proporcionada uma pluralidade de tais ciclos.
