Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ALINHAR UMA IMAGEM DE DIAGNóSTICO DA ìRIS DE UM OLHO DE PACIENTE, SISTEMA DE DIAGNóSTICO E TERAPêUTICO PARA CIRURGIA A LASER DE OLHO, E, DISPOSITIVO DE DIAGNóSTICO OCULAR PARA OBTER UMA MEDIçãO DE DIAGNóSTICO DE UM OLHO DE PACIENTE INDICATIVA DE UMA ABERRAçãO DE FRENTE DE ONDA DO OLHO". São descritos aparelhos e métodos para alinhar imagens de diagnóstico e terapêuticas da íris, por meio de reconhecimento de padrão de íris, para efetuar tratamento a laser mais preciso do olho. Um método para alinhar uma imagem de diagnóstico da íris de pupila dilatada associado com uma medição de diagnóstico para calcular um tratamento a laser, com uma imagem de diagnóstico da íris de pupila contraída e identificando um marco de íris que não é identificável apenas entre as duas imagens, inclui uma pluralidade seq³encial de imagens de diagnóstico da íris de dimensão de pupila variável, de tal modo que o marco de íris pode ser rastreado entre as duas imagens. A imagem de diagnóstico de pupila contraída alinhada, pode então ser alinhada com uma imagem de tratamento de pupila contraída, e o padrão de ablação girado de acordo. Detecção de borda de limbo é utilizada nas imagens de diagnóstico para fornecer informação de translação do centro da pupila para alinhamento em translação do tratamento a laser.
