Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO PARTICULADA DE AROMA DE PREPARAçãO ALIMENTìCIA, COMPOSIçãO DE PRODUTO DE ALIMENTO OU DE BEBIDA DESIDRATADO E MéTODO DE PREPARAR UM ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA A PARTIR DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE PRODUTO DE ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA DESIDRATADO". Composição particulada de aroma de preparação alimentícia e composição alimentícia ou bebida desidratada incluindo a composição aromática particulada de preparação. A composição particulada inclui uma composição aromatizante alimentícia que compreende um constituinte aromático alimentício volátil, caracterizante, que não é um óleo essencial natural e um veículo orgânico volátil que se encontra no estado líquido a 25<198>C e pressão atmosférica e tem uma pressão de vapor inferior a 0,01 mm Hg a 25<198>C, um ponto de ebulição na faixa de 25 a 250<198>C, uma densidade inferior a 1,0 g/cm^ 3^ a 25<198>C, e uma solubilidade em água nao ultrapassando cerca de 10% a 25<198>C.
