Abstract

"MéTODO DE FAZER COPOLìBEROS DE SILICONE, APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO CONTìNUA DOS MESMOS, COPOLìMERO DE SILICONE E ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO". Um processo contínuo para fabricação de copolímero de silicone utilizando pelo menos um reator de obturador-fluxo de mistura estática, e opcionalmente dois reatores de obturador-fluxo de mistura estática em série ou em paralelo. Os copolímeros de silicone produzidos de acordo com a presente invenção são substancialmente livres de material de partida de hidrogênio siloxano não-reagido e podem ser usados sem purificação adicional. O reator de obturador-fluxo de mistura estática contém elementos misturadores estáticos capazes de criar turbilhões e vórtices de intensidade suficiente que uma mistura líquida bifásica, tal como um fluido de hidrogênio siloxano e um reagente olefínico de poliéter, é submetida a cisalhamento das gotículas de cada material de modo que uma fase se dispersa dentro de uma outra fase para proporcionar contato íntimo entre as duas fases para permitir que a reação prossiga.
