Abstract
"GENES CODIFICANDO ACETOLACTATO SINTASE, PROTEìNA DE ACETOLACTATO SINTASE, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, TRANSFORMANTE, PLANTA, MéTODO PARA CULTIVAR A PLANTA, BEM COMO MéTODO PARA SELECIONAR UM TRANSFORMANTE". A presente invenção provê um gene codificando proteína ALS que mostra um nível extremamente elevado de resistência a herbicidas PC. O gene da presente invenção codifica a seguinte proteína (a) ou (b): (a) uma proteína que compreende uma seq³ência de aminoácidos de SEQ ID N<0>: 1, (b) uma proteína que compreende uma seq³ência de aminoácidos derivada de seq³ência de aminoácidos de SEQ ID N<0>: 1, por substituição, deleção ou adição de pelo menos um ou mais aminoácidos, tem resistência a herbicida pirimidinil carbóxi e tem atividade acetolactato sintase.
