Abstract

"DESINFECçãO ATRAVéS DE EMBALAGEM". São descritos método e sistema para desinfecção e esterilização através de embalagem (DTP). O método e o sistema são úteis para o tratamento de sólidos, líquidos, gases ou uma combinação destes sem danificar a mencionada embalagem ou seu conteúdo, utilizando uma unidade de radiação pulsada com alto pico de potência que possui fonte de luz de alta intensidade. Os mencionados método e sistema conforme a presente invenção são especialmente benéficos para desinfetar e esterilizar produtos embalados com base em água e fornecer biossegurança para as modernas linhas de produção agroalimentícia, processos de preparação biomédica tais como os utilizados para a produção de vacinas e para a produção através de embalagem de compostos OPB ou opto-pró-bióticos para aprimoramento do sistema imunológico humano (sistema imunológico adquirido ou MHC tipo I, II e III). A metodologia conforme a presente invenção é especialmente benéfica para a produção agroalimentícia, para campos biomédicos e para água engarrafada, água aromatizada e bebidas. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção possibilita a desinfecção ou fototratamento de líquidos e gases após haverem preenchido a embalagem e a embalagem já estar fechada, ou a embalagem será fechada antes ou depois do tratamento. A etapa evolucionária do método conforme a presente invenção facilita o polimento final ou processamento (por luz) para aumento da segurança, biossegurança e pureza química de água engarrafada, líquidos ou gases embalados ou combinação. A metodologia conforme a presente invenção elimina a necessidade de transferência do líquido, gás, sólidos ou combinação através de uma série de etapas ou através de sistemas de distribuição incómodos que necessitam de atenção substancial para a biocompatibilidade, limpeza química e biológica e pureza de origem dos componentes no seu interior (na embalagem). Além disso, a metodologia conforme a presente invenção possibilita o fornecimento de uma única etapa para purificação, desinfecção, esterilização, oxigenação, dissociação, redução, eliminação ou equalização de substâncias indesejadas de origem química ou biológica, sem a necessidade de abrir a embalagem e tratar o conteúdo separadamente. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção revela uma metodologia inovadora para fototratamento através da embalagem, sem causar migração molecular ou danos para a mencionada embalagem ou o conteúdo no seu interior. As vantagens competitivas da metodologia conforme a presente invenção, bem como de instrumentos ou dispositivos que utilizam o método, são a capacidade de assegurar pureza, frescor, integridade e, naturalmente, de compostos de múltiplos componentes e componente isolado, líquidos, gases, sólidos ou qualquer combinação destes pela transferência de luz através da embalagem para fototratamento através da embalagem, aumentando os níveis de qualidade ao longo de toda a vida dos produtos processados através do método conforme a presente invenção para desinfecção, esterilização, oxidação, redução, dissociação e fototratamento através de embalagem (DTP, Desinfecção Através de Embalagem). Especialmente benéfico para indústrias de engarrafamento e para o campo biomédico.
