Abstract

"CAIXA DE DRENAGEM DE ATIVIDADE AJUSTáVEL". A invenção refere-se a um processo e um aparelho para o aperfeiçoamento de propriedades de folha na zona de incidência inicial de uma máquina de produção de papel que inclui uma seção de formação, um pano de formação que se movimenta na direção de máquina, e uma caixa de fundo tendo uma lançadeira de caixa de fundo que libera um jato de material sobre o pano de formação móvel. A escala e a intensidade de agitação dentro do material são ajustadas por meio do movimento da superfície de lado de máquina do pano de formação. Esta técnica é de uso em uma seção de formação de uma máquina de produção de papel tendo um pano de formação de superfície aberta único, na seção de superfície aberta inicial de um assim chamado formador de abertura híbrido tendo dois panos de formação sobrepostos, e na seção de formação de uma máquina de produção de papel de dois panos.
