Abstract

"MELHORIAS NOS BRITADORES DE MARTELO REVERSìVEIS E NãO REVERSìVEIS, SECUNDáRIOS E TERCIáRIOS". A presente invenção se refere a melhorias em britadores de martelo, secundários e terciários, reversíveis e não reversiveis, o que permite resolver todos os grandes problemas ligados à quebra de materiais inertes; tudo isso através do uso de um dispositivo especial circular rotativo, equipado com lâminas de interceptação em número igual ao número de martelos, que lançam o material inerte contra a parte dianteira dos martelos, obtendo-se a trituração total por impacto, em lugar da tradicional quebra por trituração entre os martelos e as paredes. Os surpreendentes resultados obtidos são: aumento da produção do dobro para o triplo, com quase total ausência de reciclagem; boa natureza poliédrica e granulometria, com queda de 70% aproximadamente de poeira no produto final; redução do desgaste dos martelos e blindagens; possibilidade de produzir areia fina, com velocidade não atingível com britadores tradicionais; quase ausência de poeira liberada durante a operação, com a conseq³ente eliminação do impacto ambiental e proteção da saúde dos funcionários no ambiente de trabalho.
