Abstract

"CRIOPRESERVAçãO DE ESPERMA". A invenção se caracteriza por método de criopreservação de esperma. Os métodos incluem fornecimento de uma amostra de esperma; resfriamento do esperma para uma primeira temperatura; manutenção da amostra de esperma na primeira temperatura; resfriamento do esperma para uma segunda temperatura; manutenção do esperma na segunda temperatura; e armazenamento do esperma em uma terceira temperatura. Esses métodos podem ser usados para criopreservar esperma de mamíferos, por exemplo, mamíferos transgênicos e podem ser para preservar esperma para subseq³ente inseminação artificial ou em fertilização in vitro.
