Abstract
"SISTEMA DE INSPEçãO DE TUBO E MéTODO PARA INSPECIONAR UM TUBO". Inspeção não invasiva de tubo (140). O sistema inclui um processador (110), um analisador (120) e um lançador de onda (130). O lançador de onda é adaptado para transmitir uma forma de onda de banda larga de entrada - freq³ência central de 800 MHz - que tem uma energia de introdução selecionada para o tubo ao longo de um eixo longitudinal, e para receber a partir do tubo um componente refletido da forma de onda introduzida que tem uma energia refletida. O analisador é adaptado para gerar a forma de onda de entrada e para receber o componente refletido. O processador é adaptado para comparar a forma de onda introduzida com o componente refletido para determinar características (150). Uma curvatura axial ou dobramento de uma seção do tubo também é determinada. Utilizado em uma barcaça para lançar um tubo ao longo de um leito de água para a inspeção da soldagem de seções do tubo.
