Abstract

"GERADOR DE GáS FRIO". A invenção refere-se a um gerador de gás frio para um sistema de airbag, com um reservatório (1), que está cheio com um gás (2) sob pressão. O gerador de gás frio apresenta uma abertura de saída do gás (3), que no estado de repouso, está fechada vedada contra pressão, com um disco de vedação (4) de parede fina. O disco de vedação (4) está apoiado com um dispositivo de apoio (5) contra a pressão do gás que atua sobre ele. Está previsto um dispositivo de liberação (6) para a influência do dispositivo de apoio (5), que compreende uma placa de pressão (7) que encosta no disco de vedação (4), e uma alavanca de apoio (8) que apóia a placa de pressão (7) em conjunto com o disco de vedação (4). A placa de pressão (7) e a alavanca de apoio (8) são construídas separadamente uma da outra. A alavanca de apoio (8) está apoiada em um ponto de apoio (9), podendo girar, recebendo força, na direção de pressão, e transversalmente a isso, isenta de força. O dispositivo de liberação (6) atua girando sobre a alavanca de apoio (8), em torno do ponto de apoio (9).
