Abstract
"MONTAGEM DE VENTOINHA AUTOMOTIVA COM BLINDAGEM AFUNILADA E VENTOINHA COM CONFORMAçãO DAS PONTAS DE CONFORMAçãO DE Pá". Alta eficiência e baixo barulho são alcançados em uma montagem de ventoinha automotiva de resfriamento de motor (10) afunilando a entrada (241) para o cilíndro blindado (20), e moldando as extremidades (46) das pás da ventoinha (4) para conformarem-se ao formato da entrada. Uma separação da entrada de fluxo da ventoinha é reduzida estendendo-se o afunilamento sobre a extensão axial das extremidades de pá, e as perdas de folga de extremidade são reduzidas controlando-se a recirculação ao longo de toda a extremidade da pá. O ângulo de inclinação da pá é usado para minimizar a deflexão da ventoinha, permitindo desse modo o uso de pequenas folgas de extremidade, que ainda melhoram a performance.
