Abstract

"USO DE UM AGENTE ACOPLADOR, COMPOSIçõES DE ELASTÈMEROS, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE DITAS COMPOSIçõES E ARTIGOS". O campo da presente invenção é o da utilização de um composto que compreende um poliorganossiloxano (de forma resumida POS) polifuncional portador, de um lado, de pelo menos um radical hidroxila e/ou de pelo menos um radical alcoxila e, de outro lado, de pelo menos uma dupla ligação etilênica ativada, como agente de acoplamento (carga branca-elastómero) nas composições de borracha à base de elastómero(s) que compreendem uma carga branca como carga de reforço. O agente de acoplamento é um composto que compreende um POS que contém unidades semelhantes ou diferentes de fórmula (R2)aYaXcSiO[4-a(a+b+c)/2 na qual (1i) R2 é um grupo hidrocarbonado monovalente; (2i) Y representa um OH ou um alcoxila; (3i) X é uma função que compreende uma dupla ligação etilênica ativada escolhida entre uma função maleimida, isomaleimida, ácido maieâmico, éster maleâmico ou acrilamida (4) a = 0, 1, 2 ou 3, b = 0, 1, 2 ou 3, c = 0 ou 1, a soma a+b+c é diferente de 0 e 3; (5i) a taxa de função X é pelo menos igual a 0,8 %; (6i) a taxa de função Y é pelo menos igual a 0,4 % (taxa = número de funções para 100 átomos de Si).
