Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA CAIXA DE AMORTECEDOR DE VIBRAçãO DE TORçãO, ESPECIALMENTE UMA CAIXA PARA UM AMORTECEDOR DE VIBRAçãO DE TORçãO DE VISCOSIDADE". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de uma caixa de amortecedor de vibração de torção, especialmente da caixa para um amortecedor de vibração de torção de viscosidade, sendo que a caixa do amortecedor é fabricada de um disco de chapa existente, e que a moldagem da caixa do amortecedor, se realiza em uma máquina de extrusão por impacto, em um processo de deformação de extrusão por impacto, sem remoção de material, sendo que em subseq³entes passos de deformação mediante extrusão por impacto, todas as partes da caixa do amortecedor (1), que sobressaem do plano do disco de chapa grossa (17), que configura a face posterior da caixa (3), são extrudadas por impacto, sob redução da espessura da parede do mesmo, para um caixa do amortecedor em uma só peça, a qual, de maneira vantajosa é configurada de tal maneira, que a região do flange de fixação apresenta a maior espessura.
