Abstract
"MéTODO DE RESFRIAMENTO PARA ESFRIAMENTO OU CONGELAMENTO EM ALTA VELOCIDADE CONTROLADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de resfriamento para rápido resfriamento ou congelamento de alta velocidade controlada. O fluido de resfriamento é circulado por um circulador submerso, tal como um motor, a uma velocidade substancialmente constante adiante da substância a ser resfriada. A velocidade do fluido é mantida apesar das mudanças na viscosidade do fluido de resfriamento, ao aumentar ou ao diminuir a quantidade de torque fornecido pelo motor. O fluido de resfriamento é resfriado a uma temperatura desejada ao circular o fluido adiante de uma serpentina trocadora de calor de múltiplos trajetos conectada ao sistema de refrigeração. Uma temperatura ideal de fluido de resfriamento para uma variedade de aplicações está na faixa de cerca de -24<198>C a -26<198>C, o que resulta em ganhos de eficiência significativos em relação aos processos de resfriamento convencionais.
