Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车防冻液,由下述原料按质量百分比组成:乙二醇35‑65%,钼酸钠0.02‑0.04%,甲基苯骈三氮唑0.05‑0.10%,苯甲酸钠0.3‑0.5%,聚氨基酸0.5‑1.5%,余量为去离子水。本发明的汽车防冻液,稳定性能高,不堵塞管道,且防冻、防锈、抗结垢性高,能有效地防止对黑色金属、锡、铜及铜合金、铝及铝合金的腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻液,尤其涉及一种汽车防冻液。
背景技术
防冻液的全称应该叫防冻冷却液,意为有防冻功能的冷却液。防冻液可以防止在寒冷冬季停车时冷却液结冰而胀裂散热器和冻坏发动机气缸体或盖。但是我们要纠正一个误解,防冻液不仅仅是冬天用的,它应该在全年使用。汽车正常的保养项目中,每行驶一年,需更换发动机防冻液。
冷却液主要应用于汽车发动机冷却系统中,具有冷却、防冻、防垢、防腐、防沸等作用。冷却液主要由防冻剂、水、缓蚀剂、消泡剂、染色剂等组成。冷却液的关键技术是各种缓蚀剂及消泡剂等添加剂的合理互配。已有冷却液产品的综合性能仍不够理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种汽车防冻液。
本发明,是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种汽车防冻液,由下述原料按质量百分比组成:乙二醇(CAS号:107-21-1)35-65%,钼酸钠(CAS号:7631-95-0)0.02-0.04%,甲基苯骈三氮唑(CAS号:29385-43-1)0.05-0.10%,苯甲酸钠(CAS号:532-32-1)0.3-0.5%,聚氨基酸0.5-1.5%,余量为去离子水。
所述聚氨基酸为聚天门冬氨酸(CAS号:181828-06-8)、聚-L-亮氨酸(CAS号:25322-63-8)和聚甘氨酸(CAS号:25718-94-9)中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述聚氨基酸为聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的混合物,其中聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的质量比为4:1-1:4。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,所有物料混匀即可制得本发明的汽车防冻液。
本发明的汽车防冻液,稳定性能高,不堵塞管道,且防冻、防锈、抗结垢性高,能有效地防止对黑色金属、锡、铜及铜合金、铝及铝合金的腐蚀。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。

室温下,按表1对应实施例1-4称取各原料,将各原料混合,搅拌均匀,即可制得本发明的汽车防冻液。

Claims (1)
1.一种汽车防冻液,其特征在于,由下述原料按质量百分比组成:乙二醇35-65%,钼酸钠0.02-0.04%,甲基苯骈三氮唑0.05-0.10%,苯甲酸钠0.3-0.5%,聚氨基酸0.5-1.5%,余量为去离子水;
所述聚氨基酸为聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的混合物,其中聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的质量比为4:1-1:4。
