Abstract
"MéTODO PARA INTENSIFICAçãO DE SUCO DE LARANJA E DE COR DO MESMO, SUCO DE LARANJA INTENSIFICADO NA COR E SUCO DE LARANJA NãO DE CONCENTRADO INTENSIFICADO NA COR". São revelados produtos de suco de laranja e processos de preparar os produtos aperfeiçoados. Está incluído um pó de intensificação natural, que se origina do flavedo de casca de fruta cítrica, tal como casca de laranja ou casca de tangerina. O flavedo de casca é secado e reduzido no tamanho de partícula e adicionado como um pó ao suco de laranja a fim de intensificar o suco, tal como elevar o Valor de Cor do suco de laranja tipicamente em pelo menos 1 unidade de indice OJ ou mais. Por este enfoque, um suco de laranja que é Grau B na cor é modificado para um suco de laranja que satisfaz os critérios de cor Grau A. Outras intensificações de suco também são obtidas.
