Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA FIXAçãO DE PEçAS DE ESTRUTURA DE AVIãO". A presente invenção se refere a um método para regulagem de um dispositivo (2) usado para fixação de peças de estrutura de avião, em conexão com a montagem de partes (21, 22) de estrutura de avião, em que o dispositivo consiste de uma armação (3), compreendendo uma matriz de trilhos (7, 8) que pode deslizar de tal modo que um número de elementos de fixação (9) fixados aos trilhos (7, 8) pode ser posicionado livremente ao longo de três coordenadas x, y e z no espaço, dentro de um determinado volume, em que um manipulador (1) aperta um elemento de fixação (9), após o que o elemento de fixação (9) é movido pelo manipulador (1) para uma dada coordenada e em que os trilhos nos quais um elemento de fixação (9) é disposto, são travados em relação à armação (3) por uma função de travamento automático iniciada pelo manipulador, dessa forma fixando a posição do elemento de fixação (9) no espaço e o procedimento de ajuste é repetido para um predeterminado número de elementos de fixação (9), dispostos na armação (3).
