Abstract

"FUNDO DE CARROçARIA DE VEìCULO E SISTEMA DE PLATAFORMA". O problema a ser solucionado consiste em realizar veículos com diferentes bases das rodas, cujas placas de fundo dianteiras e traseiras (1, 2) são semelhantes. Para tal, é disposto entre as duas placas um elemento de prolongamento que constitui o prolongamento do segmento horizontal 6 de um perfil de reforço (4) abaixo da placa de fundo traseira (2) em um segmento de prolongamento (8). Para tal, o perfil de reforço (4) em forma de L é um pouco aumentado em comparação com uma execução convencional, de modo que o segmento horizontal (6) pode ser levado para abaixo da borda inferior de uma parede de fechamento (3). A borda dianteira (21) do segmento de prolongamento (8) se sobrepõe sobre a placa de fundo dianteira (1) e é unida ou soldada com a mesma. Esta costura de solda é distanciada da parede de fechamento (3). A extensão longitudinal do segmento de prolongamento (8) é determinada em dependência da distância entre as duas placas (1,2). De acordo com a realização, surgem as distâncias dl e d2, respectivamente ligadas a determinadas bases das rodas.
