Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA SEPARAR UMA CAMADA SUPERFICIAL DE UM LìQUIDO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para separar uma camada superficial de um líquido por um recipiente (6) submerso no líquido. O recipiente inclui um fundo (7), um membro de parede (8) conectado ao fundo e tendo um comprimento variável, e um membro de separação (9), que e conectado ao membro de parede e se comunica com um espaço (10) no recipiente via uma abertura. Uma porção de extravasamento (11) do membro de separação é localizada abaixo de uma superfície livre do líquido e permite o escoamento do líquido. Um conduto de descarga (4) estende-se do espaço para descarga de líquido. Um membro flutuante (15), conectado ao membro de separação, flutua sobre o líquido fora do recipiente e exerce uma força de elevação sobre o membro de separação em uma direção de prolongamento do membro de parede. Um membro submergente (16) é conectado ao membro de separação e localizado abaixo da porção de extravasamento. O membro submergente (16) tem uma massa e exerce uma força dirigida descendentemente, de modo que a porção de extravasamento fica localizada abaixo da superfície livre do líquido, e uma força de elevação devido à pressão do líquido quando o espaço tiver sido carregado com uma tal quantidade de líquido que o membro submergente fique localizado parcialmente no líquido, onde a porção de extravasamento fica acima da superfície livre do líquido.
