Abstract

"APARELHO PARA FABRICAR ARTIGOS DE PLáSTICO PROVIDOS COM REBAIXOS EXTERNOS". Um aparelho para fabricar artigos de plástico providos com rebaixos externos, incluindo pelo menos uma unidade de moldagem por compressão (S), que é composta de uma parte de molde macho superior (1), incluindo um plugue (15) e de uma parte de molde fêmea inferior (2) alinhada, ao longo de um eixo vertical, com a parte de molde macho (1), meio para atuar as partes de molde (1, 2) entre uma posição espaçada, à qual uma dose de plástico suficiente para formar um artigo é depositada na parte de molde fêmea (2), e uma posição conjugada para produzir a moldagem por compressão de um artigo, a parte de molde macho (1) incluindo um plugue (15) e um ejetor (3,9) que é associado com o plugue para remover o artigo moldado quando as partes de molde estão na posição espaçada, caracterizado pelo fato de que inclui uma bucha (36) que é arranjada externamente e coaxialmente ao plugue (15), uma pluralidade de setores (48) para formar partes em relevo (F) e rebaixos (G) na superfície exterior do artigo, os setores (48) sendo axialmente acoplados à bucha (36) e sendo capazes de se expandir com respeito ao plugue (15), meio para atuar os setores (48) entre uma posição que produz casamento com o plugue (15) para permitir a moldagem por compressão do artigo e a moldagem das partes em relevo e rebaixos, e uma posição espaçada para permitir remover o artigo moldado do plugue (15).
