Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O ENRIJECIMENTO DE UM VELO PRODUZIDO DE ACORDO COM O PROCESSO DE APLICAçãO DE AR". é conhecido produzir um velo de várias camadas de acordo com o processo de aplicação de ar e reforçá-lo ou enrijecê-lo com utilização de fibras de ligação. Isto é válido também em um velo compósito com uma camada de polpa intermediária. Este tipo de enrijecimento impede não somente o posterior desgaste por "pilling" e influencia fortemente a coesão interna das camadas do compósito. De acordo com a invenção, os velos externos são preferentemente produzidos de fibras bicomponentes e tratados por aguilhoada hidrodinâmica para ligação, e, com isto, são reforçados não apenas na superfície, mas também as camadas são ligadas uma à outra.
