Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Verfestigung eines nach dem Luftlegeverfahren hergestellten Vlieses, bestehend aus zwei äußeren Schichten aus geschnittenen thermisch aktivierbaren Fasern und einer zwischen diesen angeordneten Schicht aus Zellulosefasern wie superabsorbierendem Pulp durch fortlaufendes Bilden zuerst der Unterschicht, dann Auflage der Pulpschicht und letztlich der Oberschicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden äußeren Schichten des Kompositvlieses aus Fasern von 8 bis maximal 10 mm Länge gebildet werden und das dreilagige Vlies zur Verfestigung, also auch der innigen Verbindung der allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gelegten Schichten einer hydrodynamischen Vernadelung unterzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu der Verfestigung mittels der hydrodynamischen Vernadelung das allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildete Kompositvlies mittels einer thermische Verfestigung behandelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der thermischen Verfestigung die Behandlung des allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Vlieses mit jeder Art der Hitzebehandlung zu verstehen ist, nämlich die z. B. mit Heißluft, insbesondere der Durchbelüftung, mit Infrarot, mit Kalander.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildete Kompositvlies vor und/oder nach der Wasservernadelung zur Verfestigung thermisch behandelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermische Verfestigung zusammen mit der Trocknung des allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Vlieses nach der Wasservernadelung durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Schluss der Verfestigung das allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildete Kompositvlies noch kalibriert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrodynamische Behandlung auf beiden Seiten des allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Kompositvlieses durchgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7 bestehend aus hintereinander in Linie angeordnetena) zumindest drei nach dem Luftlegeverfahren arbeitende Formköpfen, einem für die erste Schicht aus thermisch aktivierbaren Fasern einer Faserlänge von 8 bis maximal 10 mm, einem für den Pulp und einem für die obere Abdeckschicht wieder für die thermisch aktivierbaren Fasern einer Faserlänge von 8 bis maximal 10 mm, und einemb) Vliesverfestigungsaggregat, das aus einer Vorrichtung zum hydrodynamischen Vernadeln (6, 7) und einem Trockner (8) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Vorrichtung zum hydrodynamischen Vernadeln eines allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Kompositvliesesc) eine Vorrichtung (5) zur thermischen Verfestigung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Vorrichtung zur hydrodynamischen Vernadelung eines allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Kompositvliesesd) eine Vorrichtung (8) zur thermischen Verfestigung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (8) zum thermischen Verfestigen eines allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Kompositvlieses nach dem hydrodynamischen Vernadeln zunächst zum Trocknen des Vlieses vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als letztes Aggregat zur Behandlung des allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Kompositvlieses eine Kalibriervorrichtung (9) angeordnet ist.
- Mehrlagiges Kompositvlies bestehend aus zwei äußeren nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildeten Schichten aus Schmelzklebefasern einer Länge von 8 bis maximal 10 mm Länge wie insbesondere Bikomponentenfasern oder und anderen Fasern, wie Hochpolymerfasern, zwischen denen eine weitere Schicht aus superabsorbierendem Pulp ebenfalls nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gelegt ist, wobei dieses allein nach dem Luftlegeverfahren gebildete Kompositvlies mittels der hydrodynamischen Vernadelung verfestigt ist.
