"MELHORAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM DISPOSITIVOS PARA JUNTAR PARTES METáLICAS POR MEIO DE UM SISTEMA DE FLANGEAMENTO EM UMA MESA MóVEL". As operações de pré-flangeamento e flangeamento final conseguem a dobra da flange (3) provida no contorno de uma placa ou painel exterior (4) na borda de uma outra placa ou painel exterior (5) por deformação plástica. A ação de elevar ou baixar as ferramentas de flangeamento (1, 2) é conseguida com acionamento elétrico servo controlado por meio de transmissão por correia (9) em um fuso de esferas (12) em conexão com a correspondente porca (13). Havendo encostos mecânicos (15) para o apropriado posicionamento das ferramentas ou cortadores (1, 2). A ferramenta de pré-flangeamento (1) se localiza sob a ferramenta de flangeamento final (2), sendo pneumaticamente retrátil. Há também uma placa pneumática de fixação (30) para partes ou placas montadas nas ferramentas ou cortadores (1, 2), que é continuamente ativada ao longo do ciclo de flangeamento duplo.
