Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE POLìMEROS COM TEOR REDUZIDO DE COMPONENTES VOLáTEIS". O objetivo da invenção é um processo para a preparação de polímeros estabilizados com colóides protetores na forma de seus pós redispersíveis em água ou dispersões aquosas com teor reduzido de componentes voláteis por meio de a) polimerização de emulsão ou suspensão de um ou vários monómeros do grupo abrangendo éster vinílico, éster de ácido (met)-acrílico, aromatos de vinila, olefinas, 1,3-dieno e halogeneto de vinila eventualmente outros monómeros copolimerizáveis com os mesmos, b) pós-tratamento da dispersão de polímero obtida com os mesmos por meio de pós-polimerização e/ou destilação, introdução de vapor ou gás inerte até um teor restante de componentes não aquosos, voláteis de <2000 ppm e em seguida, c) secagem por atomização da dispersão de polímero pós-tratada até um teor restante de componentes não aquosos, voláteis de < 400 ppm, sendo que a dispersão é ajustada antes da atomização para um teor sólido de < 45%, em peso e a secagem por atomização é efetuada com ar com uma temperatura de entrada > 120<198>C e eventualmente d) redispersão do pó obtido como o mesmo em água.
