Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO DE ROLOS DE MATERIAL DE BOBINA EM UMA MáQUINA DE ACONDICIONAMENTO AUTOMáTICA". Uma estação (1) para formação de acondicionamentos (5) de rolos (R8, R9...Rn) de material de bobina em uma máquina de acondicionamento, inclui uma série de canais (C2, C3...Cn) que suprem a estação (1) com os rolos acima (R8, R9...Rn), de acordo com posições selecionadas. Uma área (Z) da estação (1), é delimitada a partir do fundo e do topo por um par de correias transportadoras sem fim (16, 17), paralelas uma à outra, e dispostas uma acima da outra em níveis ajustáveis. Os grupos (4) de rolos formados na área (Z) saem no lado de saída (4), enquanto um lado (15), oposto ao lado de saída (14), é fechado com um impulsor (24), que se move em direções opostas (CS), de modo a mover um grupo (4) para fora da área (Z), e, em seguida, na direção (TP) para a posição de repouso. Uma chapa (19) que se envolve ao redor do grupo (4) quando ele deixa a área (Z), está situada perto do lado de saída (14). O lado de saída (14) é fechado por duas paredes oscilantes (12, 13), dispostas uma acima da outra, que oscilam e permitem que o grupo (4) de rolos deixe a área (Z). As paredes oscilantes constituem as superfícies de união com uma linha (6), situada perto do lado de saída (14). As duas placas (26, 27) são dispostas uma acima da outra, e são movidas para sobreporem uma à outra, de modo a sobreporem as bordas livres da chapa (19).
