Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA TROCA DE CALOR COM LEITO FLUIDIZADO". Um aparelho e um processo para a troca de calor com leitos de fluido compreendem tubos de troca de calor localizados longitudinalmente em relação ao eixo de uma zona de fluidização com um passo retangular, do qual um lado tem um comprimento de pelo menos uma vez e meia o comprimento do outro lado, e/ou com um passo triangular, que tem dois lados, cada um de pelo menos uma vez e meia o comprimento do lado mais curto, reduzindo o impacto dos tubos de troca de calor sobre as características de fluidização do leito de fluido. A invenção é particularmente adequada para reações de oxidação que usem um gás contendo oxigênio molecular na presença de um leito de fluido de um catalisador fluidizável, tal como (a) a acetoxilação de olefinas, (b) a oxidação de etileno para ácido acético e/ou a oxidação de etano para etileno e/ou ácido acético, (c) a amoxidação de propileno, propano ou misturas dos mesmos para acrilonitrila e (d) a oxidação de C4's para anidrido maléico.
