"MéTODO DE PRODUZIR EXOPOLISSACARìDEOS, CALDO DE FERMENTAçãO, EXOPOLISSACARìDEO, E, BACTéRIA". A presente invenção está direcionada a uma bactéria Sphingomonas e a um método de produzir exopolissacarídeos cultivando-se uma bactéria Shingomonas em um caldo de fermentação durante um tempo e temperatura eficazes para fornecer um exopolissacarídeo esfingano em uma forma de lodo.
