Abstract

"ELEMENTO DE TOMADA DE AR EM UM RECIPIENTE,CáPSULA DOTADA DESSE ELEMENTO, RECIPIENTE PARACONDICIONAMENTO DE UM PRODUTO COSMéTICO DOTADODO ELEMENTO OU DA CáPSULA, CONJUNTO DECONDICIONAMENTO E DISTRIBUIçãO COMPREENDENDOESSE RECIPIENTE E USO DO MESMO". A presente invençãotrata de um elemento (10) destinado a ser montado em umapassagem de tomada de ar (210) de um recipiente (300), sendoque o referido elemento (10) e ,pelo menos em parte, elasticamentedeformável e comporta um órgão (15) de abertura/fechamentoque, em uma configuração funcional do elemento, quando adepressão no interior do recipiente for inferior a um valorpré-determinado, está em contato estanque com um apoio (216)formada no interior do recipiente (300), em torno de pelo menosuma parte da passagem de tomada de ar, sendo que o referidoórgão (15) está apto a se afastar do referido apoio (216) quando oreferido valor pré-determinado for atingido, de forma a permitir atomada de ar no interior do recipiente (300), e, por chamadaelástica, a voltar à sua posição em contato estanque sobre oreferido apoio (216) quando a depressão no interior do recipiente(300) descer abaixo do referido valor pré-determinado, sendo que acolocação do elemento em configuração funcional é obtida poruma modificação não elasticamente reversível desse últimodurante a montagem.
