Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORMADOR E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA FOLHA TISSUE". Um formador de uma máquina para fabricar um folha tissue (22) com duas cintas de desaguamento circulantes sem fim (12, 14), que convergem entre si, formando uma fenda de entrada de massa (16), e são conduzidas, em seguida, sobre um elemento de formação (18), como especialmente um rolo formador. Como cinta externa (14), que não entra em contato com o elemento de formação (18) está prevista uma tela de desaguamento com permeabilidade zonalmente diferente. Na região de ponto de separação (34), onde esta cinta externa (14) e a cinta interna (12) são separadas entre si novamente, está disposto pelo menos um elemento de sução (36) dentro do laço da cinta interna (12).
