Abstract

"TURBOCOMPRESSOR DE GEOMETRIA VARIáVEL". A invenção se refere a um turbocompressor de bocal variável utilizando um cartucho (34) que compreende palhetas em um bocal de entrada de turbina formado por uma base (38) fixada a uma carcaça central (18) e um inserto de carcaça (64) fixado à base (38) . Uma caixa de escapamento separada (24) é recebida no cartucho (34) fora do inserto da carcaça de modo a proporcionar uma entrada e uma saída para os gases de escapamento que acionam a roda de turbina do turbocompressor.
