Abstract

"UTILIZAçãO DE UM TAMPãO PARA PREVENçãO DE INFECçõES DE CANDIDA ALBICANS SOBRE A PELE". A presente invenção se refere à utilização de um ingrediente capaz de tamponamento dentro do pH na faixa de 2,0 - 5,5, para preparação de um artigo oclusivo à pele ou de um artigo oclusivo à membrana mucosa para prevenção de irritações e lesões de pele causadas por Candida albicans. Exemplos de tais artigos são artigos absorventes, tais como fraldas, fraldas calças e guardanapos sanitários, bandagens de ferimentos, tais como fitas e emplastros de ataduras cirúrgicas, e finalmente luvas, próteses e catéteres entranhados (drenos).
