Abstract
"USO DE GENOMAS HAPLóIDES PARA DIAGNóSTICO, MODIFICAçãO E MULTIPLICAçãO GENéTICA". Métodos para propagação de genomas haplóides de origem masculina ou feminina e avaliação e modificação genética deles são providos. Esses genomas haplóides podem ser usados para produzir embriões haplóides, e células do tipo tronco embriónicas e células diferenciadas. Também, esses genomas haplóide e células que os contêm podem ser usados como doadores de transferência nuclear para produzir unidades de transferência nuclear diplóides. Essas unidades diplóides, por exemplo, unidades humanas, podem ser usadas para se obter células pluripotentes e células e tecidos diferenciados.
