Abstract

"ARRANJO EM UM TROCADOR DE CALOR DE TUBO". A invenção relaciona-se a um arranjo em um trocador de calor de tubo ( 1 ) do tipo que tem vários tubos de transferência de calor ( 3 ), cercados por um tubo de invólucro ( 4 ). Os tubos de transferência de calor ( 3 ) são presos em uma placa de tubo ( 5 ) em cada extremidade, de forma que eles formam um inserto de fluxo ( 6 ). Os insertos de fluxo ( 6 ) são interconectados por meio de curvas de cano ( 14 ) em um primeiro sistema de fluxo. Dois tubos de invólucro adjacentes ( 4 ) são interconectados por meio de soquetes de tubo ( 7 ) para formar um segundo sistema de fluxo. O arranjo consiste de uma bateria de molas ( 9 ) que está disposta em pelo menos uma extremidade dos tubos de transferência de calor ( 3 ). A bateria de molas ( 9 ) ajuda em aplicar uma força F axialmente nos tubos de transferência de calor ( 3 ). Visto que a força F mantém os tubos de transferência de calor separados um do outro e separados da parede interna do tubo de invólucro, nenhum defletor é requerido para suportar os tubos de transferência de calor ( 3 ), por qual razão é possível empregar o trocador de calor de tubo ( 1 ) regenerativamente, isto é ambos o primeiro e o segundo sistemas de fluxo podem conter produto.
