Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of supporting plates and the pressure loss by spanning multiple plastic tubes, which are parallel with each other at a distance, between at least two supporting plates. CONSTITUTION:Tubes 11 are tensioned lengthwise in the parallel section 14 by the weight of a support plate 30 that is engaged with the fold 13 so they may be parallel with each other at a distance. Since the tubes 11 are folded on a circular protruding piece 31 having a large curvature, the tubes 11 will not be flatened. Further, since the upper supporting plate 40 is fastened to the tube bundle 10 and the casing 20 by filling the gap of respective through- holes with adhesive, both ends of the tube bundle 10 will not be directly loaded. In this way, the number of supporting plates can be reduced between the supporting plates 30, 40 which tend to increase the flow resistance. Therefore, the pressure loss becomes small, enable use of fluid having high visicosity.
